ABOUT THE ARTIST: Thomas always had a keen interest in abstract art and specifically in geometric abstraction. Even though his approach to art is greatly influenced by his architectural roots, it is more intuitive than rational. He is intrigued by the relationship between viewer and artwork and the emotional response that non-objective shape, composition, and colour evokes.
